Judging by the building's design, it's an older hotel, but it's well-maintained. It's located on the main road and close to Taman Tasik, but it's a bit of a walk to the Dataran Warisan area for food. The staff is friendly, there's a swimming pool, and the breakfast is quite varied and delicious.

Best staycation with low budget

The whole bathroom smelled of feces, had to use all the bottles of shampoo and shower gel to wash myself. Then the smell disappeared. Suspect the previous guest 's washed their child 's feces in the bath tub.

Stategic location near tmn tasik taiping. Friendly staff. Hotel too old style, old furniture. Katil tak best sbb terasa rasa spring. Plug tak function. Pool quite dirty. Kids pool not working. Overall was oklah, but seri malaysia taiping, you need to be upgraded please.

Poor sound proof among the rooms. The whole family in next door room. 109 were very noisy until midnight, very disturbing, couldn't have a proper sleep. Facilities are rather old.

Bilik yang besar, selesa, & bersih, tandas pun bersih, cuma tekanan air shower tidak begitu kuat, kolam mandi yang bersih, hanya terletak di hadapan bilik, anak-anak sangat gembira dapat mandi manda, breakfast yang sedap, kena tambah RM15 untuk seorang anak yang berumur 8 tahun kerana pakej breakfast hanya untuk 3 orang sahaja, anak yang berumur 10 tahun termasuk dalam pakej, untuk anak-anak yang berumur 4 & 2 tahun free, bayaran breakfast RM15 dikenakan untuk kanak-kanak yang berumur 6 hingga 12 tahun dan RM20 untuk dewasa. Overall, penginapan di hotel ini memuaskan👍

Good service from hotel staff. The location of the hotel is nearby to taiping's zoo and other interesting places. Provide a variety of food during breakfast. Recommended hotel for vacation with affordable price.

Spacious room, peaceful environment, very private and quite good breakfast. Maybe stay again if you come to Taiping.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights even the room was not packed. With the excuse of having to tell me to tidy up. Should have asked from the counter if the room needs to be tidy. If the customer doesn't want to pack, there's a tagging hanging on the door. It's a bit empty with this hotel. He was tired of walking, back and forth with the room unpacked.

Pkp has had a huge impact on the hotel sector..employees are less prepared from registration to poor room quality.

Just for a basic stay. Cannot expect more just average.

Upon checking in we were told the pool is under maintenance and might take up to 1 week time. We are a bit disappointed because the pool was our main reason to have a splash with our kid while staying there. Cut story short, the next day after breakfast we saw some people were using the pool while the maintenance signage still displayed. We thought those people were trespassing and we just ignored them. Upon check out we learned that the pool was open this morning and yet the management has no courtesy to let us know (maybe like a notice at the breakfast entrance). I was truly disappointed with the management and will lodge a complaint. Just if they have some heart at their work everyone will be happy.
