Hotel near to airport link train and near to pratunam. A bad about this hotel doesnt have iron.

We were very fortunate to be able to stay at the Siam Star Hotel. We deliberately chose this place for our last two days in Bangkok because it is very close to the Airport Rail Link (ARL) Ratchaprarop stadium. We could access the ARL, including access to Suvarnabhumi Airport, just by walking. Access to Pratunam Market, Platinum, December, and Tofu is also within walking distance. The hotel is also quite comfortable. We got it on the 6th floor, with a window (balcony) with a view of the ARL rail. The lobby is also very spacious, with bread and hot drinks available for breakfast. There is a 1000 baht deposit, but it will be returned upon check out. The bathroom amenities are also quite complete, the only thing missing is a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room also has a hairdryer. This hotel will be our next choice when we return to Bangkok. This is my second time here, hotel close to everywhere and it is in the middle of busy city so it makes me feel safe to go around. The cleanliness is amazing. Everything is perfect.

There are no slippers, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, but it doesn't smell. The communal kitchen is nice and clean, with coffee and tea and bread available. There's a microwave if you buy food from outside. The hotel is nice and clean, close to Pratunam. If you look closely, you'll find a shortcut through an iron door in the hotel hallway, open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, which is closer to Pratunam Market. Deposit 1,000 baht, check-in 24 hours. When ordering from Grab, don't write the hotel name, as the location is inaccurate; write the closest one around the hotel. There are also umbrellas and the most comfortable, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, and soundproofing.

Best place to stay in Pratunam. Affordable price. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Only 3 minutes walk to ARL which can connect to BTS/MRT to explore all parts of Bangkok. Near to Pratunam market. Walking distance to Big C, Platinum, Central World, December, etc. Helpful and friendly staffs and receptionist. They also provide coffee, tea, and bread for breakfast. Free refill water as well. We stayed here for 7 days, and no complain at all. We’ll be back here if we return to Bangkok.

Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Plenty of power outlets, good room facilities. Close to the station and places to eat.

The first night, the air conditioner worked for an hour and then turned off by itself. I tried everything to fix it but couldn't. Because it was late at night, I didn't want to bother you outside of work hours and had to endure a night of not being able to sleep due to the heat. The next morning, I talked to the receptionist with all my goodwill. If it could be fixed, there was no need to change rooms. If it couldn't be fixed, please change rooms because I had already suffered from not sleeping well. After I went out, the air conditioner was still the same and the receptionist told me: Because I didn't leave the room card in the electrical system tray all the time. I always left the card there but the air conditioner was broken. The receptionist was not able to handle the problem, which made me very unhappy. I will never return to this hotel again.

Love this hotel so much! Very strategically located and accessible through Baiyoke Sky Hotel parking lot as a shortcut to Pratunam Market. Also near many food stalls and 7-Eleven. Located in between the airport link and also Indra Square where you can depart bus to DMK airport (both less than 5 mins walk). It's also always easy to book taxi or Bolt. Room also considered spacious for the price. They provide the shampoo & bodywash and also provide hairdryer in the room. Definitely will be staying here again!

It's quite ok here, everyone, but you have to deposit 1000 baht, you can bring 700k VND as a deposit, they're afraid you'll break the item and won't have money to replace it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Pros: 1. Close to Ratchaprarop ARL, 5 minutes walking distance. 2. Quiet area, with a massage parlour at the adjacent hotel. 3. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels given each day. 4. Walking distance to Pratunam shopping area, and walkable distance to Platinum, CentralWorld, Big C. 5. Wi-Fi is fast. Cons: 1. Room was super noisy. I can hear next door guests and guests at the corridors talking even at normal voice level. 2. No exhaust fan at the toilet. The stench from the toilet after doing business will eventually come its way to the room. 3. LED light from the air conditioner is extremely bright. Can’t sleep well at night. Even the main door lets light from the corridor into the room. 4. Some Grab drivers won’t send you directly to the lobby as the street is small. 5. The staff has an extreme stickler for the rules. Breakfast time starts at 7:30, was there at around 7:15 just to get a cup of coffee before going to the temples, was shooed away as it was not time yet. I don’t mind having the bread, it won’t bother anyone to make coffee as the water dispenser is there 24/7.

Strategic and easy to find, close to MRT

It's too expensive when paying for a tuk tuk ride from Indah square to Siam Star Hotel. It's 100 baht even though the distance is close, only 1 alley 😇😇, because it's my first time to Bangkok. Siam Star Hotel is clean and comfortable👍👍👍

Super happy to be able to stay at Siam Star Hotel for 5 days. There is a bidet in the bathroom, get free self breakfast every morning from 07.30-10.00 am. The room is always cleaned, drinking water & tissues are refilled every morning. There is also a scale to make sure the items you want to bring home are not overloaded. Easy access to the BTS Rachaprapop station. No need to think twice I say 🤭🤭🤭🥰
