Cozy

I stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for my family. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the Rynek and the area is walkable.

Location was very good. Close to Old Town. Victorian style apartment. Bedroom with sitting area. Tiny kitchen with no microwave. Balcony. No washer.

Lovely hotel in great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size and very clean, beds are super comfortable. We had breakfast there, buffet style with additional choice of some hot items. Very good and decently priced. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous stay. Hotel accommodation was really good and the staff with fantastic but the location was outstanding!

The furniture is dated but fits in with the decor. Close to the centre. Easy to walk just about anywhere in the old. Town.

“Room” was amazing - it was an entire apt with two rooms, pull out couch, kitchen and 2 baths! Walking distance (1/2 block) to major tram stop and walkable to Rathaus square.

It was comfortable and clean. Easy walking into the Old Town. Staff were polite and friendly,

The SleepWalker Boutique Suites is terrible. Should list on their site as "High Noisy Traffic 24 hours a day" It does NOT have air conditioning, and room was very hot! But main problem was loud road traffic keep us awake, fell like we were sleeping on a street! We didn't get any rest through the night. I went to complain to the receptionist in the morning, asked for manager, but there was no manager on duty and told that they will notify manager about the issue. Two hours later we were checking out and I asked again about the noise issue and I was told there was nothing they can do. Terrible service, I demand full refund for our booking!

Terrific boutique style hotel with modern systems, a/c, etc. daily maid service and friendly, helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful from check in to check out. Hotel is updated but has the old school charm. Very close to Wroclaw Old Town but not in the middle. I truly enjoyed my stay!!!

If you want to have good nite sleep chose other place.Ppl riding crotch rockets kept me up all nite long.45CAD breakfast was not worth it.

Great location, amazing breakfasts! Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodated my elderly mom’s request for a room on a floor with an elevator (not all floors have direct elevator access some rooms have stair access because the elevator stops in between floors). Overall we had a nice time in Wroclaw and a very comfortable stay.

Great location - just a short walk to Wrocław Town Square. On-site self-parking was complimentary (for Hotels.com Gold status) but there are only a few spaces available, so at weekends and busy periods make sure you reserve ahead of time and/or don’t arrive too late. Parking access is in a different street, so download the PARKING MAP from the Contacts page on the hotel’s own website (sleepwalker.pl/en). Room and bathroom were both clean, tidy, and comfortable. We were at the back of the hotel, overlooking the car park, so our room was nice and quiet. We were on 4/F which was ideal - the elevator stops at 4/F, but also stops between 2/F and 3/F, so with heavy bags if you are on 2/F or 3/F you have to carry them up/down half a flight of stairs! We would stay here again for the convenient location and the great staff.
