Un lugar muy acogedor con excelente servicio!!!

Property can improve shower and sink plumbing.

The hotel grounds and pool are very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. It also feels safe. Generally it is quiet, except in the early morning as the my are setting up the buffet. The rooms are relatively spacious and clean. The downside is that the rooms are relatively old and in need of a renovation.

Everything was cool but the only thing is the furniture,tv, air conditioner and stuff like that, they are really old and they could be changed but besides that really good place

Es un hotel que requiere un mantenimiento urgente, la piscina empieza a "desprender" mucho azulejo, peligroso si lo pisamos nos podemos cortar. El cuarto que nos tocó olía mucho a humedad. Nos tocó la mala fortuna de tener una familia en los cuartos de al lado que hicieron mucho ruido. El área de gimnasio está abandonada.

Beautiful place amazing service and food!

I think there was a lot of people and the room was not clean and the towels have either chocolate or blood. The fact is that I believe it was way too expensive for the experience I got

Only 54 rooms, warm service, delicious food, a big swimming pool and a tennis courtyard surrounded by beautiful gardens make the recipe for a perfect stay.

Nice hotel with excellent location and staff, but has been in service for 40 years and you can notice that in the bathrooms with very outdated funiture and also in the kids play area.

Excelente servicio y es un gran hotel petfriendly, te dan una pelotita, bolsitas para la popó y premios para tu mascota.

Buen sabor en la comida, alberca templada.

El hotel en general bien, habitación cómoda, deben de reportar la información que tienen sobre las mascotas de asistencia, el personal de recepción no tenía claro y no sabes que es una mascota de asistencia certificada. Quisieron cobrarme $600 por noche por mi mascota de asistencia emocional certificada, cuando en su información dicen que el acceso es gratis. Deberían de cuidar estos detalles ya que hacen pasar un mal momento el huésped, Saludos.

Es bonita pero ya necesita una remodelación Ya todo está anticuado y viejo . Sucio Los colchones viejos La regadera vieja y en mal estado Deberían cambiar ya todos los muebles Sábanas sucias Muy buena atención. Todos muy serviciales excelente servicio

Está muy descuidada, mobiliario viejo, despintado

El agua de la piscina no está templada, en la habitación no tuvimos agua caliente cuando llegamos, la televisión era muy vieja y no funcionaba tan bien, los precios del restaurante son caros y no tienen relación costo beneficio.
