Good location. Room is well maintained and clean. Though the room space is pretty small but it is okay since it is a budget hotel. My room is street facing with food stalls downstairs. It is very noisy as poor sound proof. the stalls are opened till 3am with barbecue smoke (tandoori chicken) came into the room. Did not manage to sleep, not even one minute. Decided to pack and left the hotel at 6am. Suggest other hotel guests not to take room with street facing. Guess other rooms at the back should be fine.

A must if you go to KL, come here, strategic location.

Although I've visited Kuala Lumpur several times, this was my first time staying near KL Sentral. The price was quite affordable, and the service was very satisfying, especially since it's close to KL Sentral and has many halal food stalls nearby.

The hotel staff is friendly, even allowed to borrow an extension charger, the hotel is clean and comfortable ❤️ it's cheap too hehe

The hotel is quite close to KL Sentral bus, train and monorail stations. The room is good and its a bit spacious for 4 persons. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the food for breakfast was not offered in the hotel (in a restaurant outside hotel and the option for the food was limited).

You must visit this hotel if you are in KL!

thank you metro hotel for nice accomodation during our trip. unfortunately I'm not take the room itself. they have clean room, near from public transportation. Also easy to find meals. they also clean your room and refill the water and shampo/body wash.

Always my favorite place to stay, the staff offer early check-in once the room was ready.

The check-in experience was incredibly dramatic. The staff were unfriendly and slow, and everyone around us was Indian. It was a real headache.

Access is easy, and there are also many food stalls around the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the transportation hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The staff is friendly and check-in is fast. Prepare a MYR 20 tax for non-Malaysian citizens, a government regulation that has been in effect for several years.

We stayed there for transit only, the room was not very spacious, but the room was clean, suitable for travelers who want to transit but at a low price.

If I go to KL, I want to go there again, it's so much fun.

I've stayed there several times, I like it because the hotel is strategic.

Clean, friendly staff, great food. I will come back here next time.

The photo above shows the hotel's easy access due to its integration with the KTM LRT MRL, etc. So far, the service is excellent, we can safely store our suitcases after checking out.

It was a pleasure staying at the Metro hotel because of the friendly service and proximity to KL Sentral and many food vendors in the surrounding area.
