Pretty disappointing given the brand and location of the hotel. Rooms are stuck in 2000 but the breakfast was good.

Was very disappointed with my room I booked a superior room but it was small and unpleasant. According to the desk clerk there was no mistake and this is a Superior Room. Looking at the flour plan the room including the entrance corridor has around 14.3m² Staff was polite and breakfast was ok but not fantastic Although I am a ACCOR member for many years, I really do not feel there was any advantage or preferred treatment in my case

We stayed here couple nights. It’s a good hotel. Some stuff is old. The bed is ok. The breakfast is great and rich. There is a sauna and a pool. But the pool was under renovation. There is no fridge in the room, which is not convenient. Otherwise, the room is well equipped. The parking lot is too small. Once we found the cover on the floor after room cleaning. The staff is friendly.

Had our stay here whilst exhibiting at the ADAC SIM expo. All the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The rooms and public areas were kept very clean and tidy. The standout star for our stay was Steven (restaurant/Bar staff). He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great guy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you from all the guys at BDH Race SIM Hardware!

Situated right next to the arena of the bvb club. You have a great view of the arena from the windows. The hotel is also very close to a congress center and subway station. The service was nice and the rooms are well maintained. The beds where okay although nothing special. Parking shouldn't be a problem if there aren't any big events happening around.
