Friendly staff,clean, unbeatable sea views

Renovated and clean.

Lovely old hotel in gorgeous location currently undergoing upgrades… the only issue we suffered was lack of water pressure in the shower (in the morning when there was high demand!) which made temperature control challenging.

Disgusted. Ants in room windows hanging off. Filthy. No shower only dirty bath. No towels !!!

40 year’s ago has been probably a great place. The problem is that looks exactly as 40 years ago… same shower, same in-room phone. I save the view and the location only.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful it was an amazing property very close to the beach and restaurants

A nice little hotel with a nice ocean view.

Conveniently located on the road to San Remo. Parking is limited. WiFi was bad. Room was small. I rate it as low 3* hotel.

Lovely area close to the beach. The building is certainly striking and offers great sea views (would recommend requesting this). The balconies were charming and so were the big windows. The rooms could use an update but were clean, neat and of good size. Good price. Great stay. Were very accommodating to our family of 5.

The building was grand, but the interior is quite worn and torn. A very antique lift is servicing, not a bad experience to travel in an early 1900's elevator though. Refurbishment is definitely needed in the room shortly. And, staff at the night check-in time had some difficulty on an effective communication and wasn't helpful in directing us to our room and using facilities. That's why we would remind everyone to promptly request for your one time access code to their advertised free wifi (despite of the low speed) at the time of check-in, or no one will bother to offer this to you. By the way, it can be used on one device only. The most sad part was, no blanket or quilt was provided to us (all we had was another bedsheet covering the bedsheet). Don't feel much been welcomed. The hotel is located close to the beach and the restaurants. The hotel holding a standard as a 3 star hotel, good but nothing extra. The service was very good and the staff very nice to us. The breakfast is adequat and was enough for us.

Stayed one night in this hotel on our way back from Tuscany - room was very clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. Dinner choice was very poor as was breakfast. Unfortunately not good value for money. However, hotel location was excellent and the hotel itself, whilst dated, was very quaint.

The hotel is a real gem. It features incredibly nice view of the sea in an awesome setting close to downtown of Sanremo. The breakfast was awesome, the staff was friendly, the parking was easy, and we will be back hopefully.

Interesting older property, great location. Nice views of the Mediterranean and close to a fabulous bike path. Hotel itself is pretty beat up, and ready for some refurbishment. The staff is great however, and the breakfast and breakfast room are pleasant. A fair deal for the money.

Absolutely wonderful Belle Epoche hotel, a beauty on the hillside, two minutes from the seafront. The building is a little run down but "unique" and Marvellous! Do not miss staying here. Very close to the old ruins of the first casino in Italy (a must see). The hotel has bicycles to use to cycle on a fantastic cycle path (25 Kim's so far) that used to be the old railway. Lorenzo, the hotel manager is extremely sweet, friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely, peaceful stay in Ospedeletti-a town and hotel not to be missed for those who like authenticity!

Belle bâtisse très ancienne mais aucune insonorisation. Tout est vieux et rafistolé... heureusement que c’était seulement pour une nuit

Charmant petit hôtel de bord de mer. Nous avons été très bien reçu et avons très bien dormi.
