Fantastic adults only hotel. Great choice of food at buffets, breakfast and dinner. Restaurants at lunch fairly priced. Rooms and communal areas spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty sunbeds at the pools. Wednesdays Gala evenings, cava at the pool and with dinner, ladies are given a red rose which is a lovely touch. Great to see staff being appreciated on a Wednesday at the pool, they work so hard. The whole hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere. One of the best holidays I have been on in Tenerife in over 30 years. I will definitely return soon, no need to leave the hotel, unless you want to!

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast and dinner covered. We loved the ocean view from our balcony and easy parking and walk to the beach.

Perfectly situated at the quiet end of the promenade this hotel is certainly worth it's stars. Beautiful decor & striking design inside and out.(possibly lacking atmosphere in the evening lounge - a wee bit soulless but still classy ). Myriad choice at breakfast & lunch buffet - varied and tasty.The service was excellent from all staff but the receptionist at check in stood out as first class. Just sorry we didn't get her name. Thank you. Will certainly recommend the hotel to anyone planning to visit the area.

The property pictures look great, from the moment I walked in, there was barriers all over inside the hotel lobby and outside they were shooting a movie during my stay I did not expect to stay in such an environment for a relaxed vacation where you just can’t walk around as you wish, as well the hotel charged me for two persons in my room when I was just 1 person I complained and they knew it as the cleaning crew had told them but they did not wnat to credit me back for the room booked for a single person they charged me for two persons, the hotel is not accommodating to their guests on a professional level. Could not use the pool for some days it was barricaded so no one can walk in that areas it was very upsetting my stay at this hotel I was shocked as I’ve never had such a bad experience, the areas around the hotel is nice and fun but I’d recommend choosing a better hotel then falling into this trap. Staff is not professional or accommodating to guests requests.

Pristine location. Excellent hospitality. From check In to post check Out. From The complimentary love Music to the post check Out Spa facility everything was outstanding . Am definitely coming back

The only issue was the rules for putting towels on the chairs surrounding the pools were never enforced. By 0730 in the morning all prime seating had towels on them and were never available all day

Spring Arona is an excellent hotel as it says on the tin ‘ Adults Only’ !! Lovely facilities ,fabulous staff, quiet yet easily reachable to the Beach and many many restaurants. If you want a Hotel just to chill with great facilities, not noisy in a great location , look no further ! We will go back again at some point!

At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was in nice quiet area, but if you walk along the promenade which was close by you find several beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other activities. Playa de las Americas is about a 15 minutes walk although it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel. We would go back again.

Beautiful hotel and pool areas / amazing food and attentive staff.

The hotel is a brilliant hotel ,good rooms ,food ,location .Everything purchased at the hotel is paid using your room key ,paid in full at the end of your stay. ( be aware drink prices are pretty expensive ,and you can easily run up a big final bill.)
