The room is really small. For those who carry large suitcases and the two of them become difficult to move. Luckily I only stayed the night here because it was close to Keisei Ueno St. Morning staff okay good and friendly. The night staff is a bit dirty. There is also no drinking water in the room. So get ready to bring your own drink.

Even though it's cramped, if you can't pray on the floor, you have to be on a bed, because the Qibla direction is towards the wall, but it's satisfying, actually walking is a bit tolerable from the station, but that's okay.

For the size of a budget hotel, the hotel is very clean and the amenities in the rooms are also complete. It's just to stay ber-room size is mediocre, not recommended for those who want a spacious room. If you go to the Eeno area, you will still choose Mystay Hotel because of its strategic location, not too far from the Faraway Station.

We arrived at 11am and they checked us in right away because our room is ready. The hotel is 5min away from Inaricho Metro station which makes it easier to go to other places in Tokyo. We also left our luggage when we checked out to visit some other places and went back for it when it’s time for us to go to the airport. Superb service! For improvement: Cleanliness

Very good of everything Near the subway station

All equipment. The room is narrow in Japanese style. The room is suitable for two people walking far from Ueno Station.

The hotel is very close to Inaricho Station, the hotel provides kitchenware along with cutlery if you want to borrow. Facilities in the room are complete, there is a stove, microwave and refrigerator. It's just fun while staying here.

The hotel employees are friendly and informative, unfortunately the hotel seems old and the rooms are very narrow. (as an illustration, it is quite difficult to open a medium-sized suitcase at the hotel).

We stayed from the 12th to 18th December 19th, booking 2 rooms, the room was indeed small but clean and the necessities of bathing and cooking were fully available, close to the Inaricho and Ueno stations on foot, there was a laundry room. The staff are friendly and speak English and can be checked in early.

There was a renovation building right next to the hotel. so its noisy start in the morning. and also dusty

Accomodation looks exactly like advertised. About 400m from metro Inaricho station or if you using JR about 950m from Ueno station. Pros : Room have microwave, toiletries, tv and private bathroom. Coin laundry also available. Cons: there are construction ongoing, so sometimes you will hear some noise but they already inform upfront. So for me, it's okay.
