I have stayed here many times over the last 2 years. The hotel is always very good for being located to the seafront, theatres, town centre and plenty of eateries too. The breakfast buffet is excellent as is the cafe/bar. The staff are all very efficient and polite. Rooms always clean with good view and furnished to a good standard.

Room was nice and spacious. Huge bed! Decor was quite dark and dated, found it quite expensive for the type of room, but was clean.

Room had a balcony and partial sea view, Comfortable room and good bed. Ideal location for exploring local area and across the road from the beach

Have stayed here many times before and always feel happy to return. Good value for money especially refurbished rooms on the sixth floor with bathroom with walk in shower.

Great room, lovely sea view, fab breakfast, a totally perfect stay

We so enjoyed our stay last year that we didnt hesitate to book again this year. And were not disappointed. Great location. Room with sea view and balcony. Excellent breakfast. And superb staff, all areas kept clean and spotless.

When we checked in, we thought we had breakfast included, as the couple we were traveling with did. We had both booked at the same time and paid the same price. However, reception was unwilling to even provide it at a discount. They blamed it on Hotels.com for not sending the booking property. Poor customer service. The facility was fine, but wouldn't stay here again.

Another lovely stay at The View Hotel for a short break.A great breakfast.Also bar food at lunchtime.Near to all the restaurants,shops and theatres.Can’t fault our stay.

We have just enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay in a room with a side sea view balcony looking down to the pier. The hotel facilities were very good and the staff exceptional and so attentive to customers needs. We definitely intend to stay again in the future as it was perfect for our stay and a brilliant location.

Clean, fresh, spacious, modern

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The buffet breakfast was excellent and all items were piping hot with a good selection to choose from both hot and cold. The only thing I have a slight criticism about is that only two teabags per day were supplied. The balcony was large enough to sit out on (weather permitting) with amazing views.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful, family room is generous in size and very clean. The only thing that could improve is wifi connection in the room.
