Nice hotel with Merdeka Tower view, amenities only soap and shampoo, not including toothbrush & toothpaste, just put it in, FO can chat with guests, the FO section should be sterile from housekeeping. Overall good although quite far from everywhere.

Affordable price, strategic location, close to a self-service laundry, and a restaurant with delicious, affordable food. The lobby has scales so we could weigh our luggage before leaving. The hotel staff is very friendly, but unfortunately, there's an additional RM10 per night for foreigners.

So far, the hotel is okay, the staff is also okay. For me, the smell of the floor is lacking. It's a bit stuffy (exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor because the room is on the 3rd floor) the room is okay, the view is okay, I really like the strategic location. Then when the room I stayed in was so sad the internet couldn't connect to the TV, I don't know why, but it's okay, it's not a problem. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Attractive, close to everything. Clean, comfortable rooms.

The room was good and quite spacious for 4 people. Only 5 minutes away from Plaza Rakyat station that makes you comfortable to access surrounding area. Good for staying with friends or family because the hotel is near the highway. You can hear vehicle sounds but not too loud. From the room, we can see the station too and near from convenient store. Good staff for the services.
