Khách sạn rất đẹp. Phòng ốc đẹp và sạch sẽ. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Vị trí rất thuận tiện để di chuyển, xung quanh nhiều hàng quán. Gia đình mình đến đúng dịp mặt tiền đang làm lại đường, lát lại đá nên cũng có chút bất tiện.

Phòng mình đặt không giống hình và trước đó đã phụ thu thêm tiền để up phòng. Điều hoà nóng kinh dị. Đã báo nhưng khách sạn bảo đã sửa, đã bơm gas. Ở 3 đêm mà đieu hoa phả ra như cái quạt đuổi muỗi. Muốn khùng luôn. khách sạn hơi cũ. Nhân viên bảo vệ không được thân thiện cho lắm. Ngay trung tâm thành phố luôn. Nhưng với giá đó thì không hề xứng đáng. không kèm ăn sáng luôn nếu đặt qua app :) rất buồn vì trải nghiệm này

The first 2 days when I arrived at the hotel to fix it was very noisy, don't knock, I'm very bothered. Day 1: I just arrived and felt the noise, did I ask the staff to take me up to the room if the hotel was being repaired? Then immediately denied that it was not and left. Day 2: going back to the capital, it was very sunny and tired. I lay down to rest but could not rest because the hotel was drilling and drilling right opposite my room! I went down to comment with the reception and then went to have lunch. Reception apologizes and will fix it. However, I came back early in the afternoon and continued to repair and drill. Day 3: The hotel has been repaired, so there is no noise anymore. Why does the hotel fix it and make noise on the floor where there are guests? If the guest has commented, why not move the living room to another floor to avoid being affected? I recorded a clip of the noise very loud and clear, but I can't upload it here. Really disappointed with the treatment of a 4* hotel. This was the worst hotel experience of my travels.
