Very comfortable for accommodation in Bandung

I recommend it, the room size is just right, it's close to everywhere, especially since the hotel is close to Ciwalk.

My stay here was very comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Complete amenities. Scented pillows, clean bathroom. The hotel grounds were also very clean.

Good for a room rate of 200K. But it could be better, the room is not clean and tidy enough. The toilet flush was not working the first time I tried it, but the staff is helpful to fix it. I'll give 3 out of 5.

Hello! I'm here just trying to share my experience staying here with my family. I booked 3 Comfort Double Bed rooms 2d 1n including breakfast. Let's start from the advantages (positive values): 1. Very strategic location, near shopping centers, near the main road to the toll road, many food centers and restaurants. 2. Parking space is quite ample. 3. Staff & officers are all friendly. Let's move on to the disadvantages (negative values): 1. The room is cramped, bringing children makes it difficult to play. 2. Not very clean in cleaning the room. 3. The dining area for breakfast has to go up to the 3rd floor with quite steep stairs (dangerous for children, the elderly, and people with special needs) 4. The breakfast menu is not varied, the rice is half-cooked, the side dishes are mostly spicy (toddlers can't eat), want to switch to toast, the stock of white bread is limited.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean.

The room was really stuffy, the AC didn't work for a while... and we were hot, but luckily the staff was quick. Thank you sir... We didn't get breakfast, we had to wait and it was all gone. Sigh, what a shame.

The room is dirty, dusty, don't like it

I really enjoyed staying at Vio Cihamplas because it is close to the mall, just a short walk away and there are many shops selling clothes, souvenirs, etc.

Strategic location, great!! Next time I come here again, I'll have breakfast outside
