Not a hotel, does not have a reception, had to call three times and wait an hour for the key. The other company in the same complex have more or less the same prices, but have a reception there, choose them instead(inside plaza).

A very overpriced room with an extremely unsafe bunk bed (no guard on top bunk). Stayed in same complex last year but apartment was owned by different group and was far superior for similar price. Excellent location.
