Stayed at Aston Madiun in a Family Room with 3 beds for 4 guests (my wife and two kids). Everything was good overall. The room was clean, no bad smells, and comfortable for a family stay. The location is convenient, parking is fine, and there is an Indomaret inside the hotel, which is very practical. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Overall, the hotel is very good. The room, ambiance, and facilities are nice and impressive. The only downside I felt was that check-in took over an hour because the room wasn't ready yet, even though we arrived at the hotel at 3 p.m. We asked for a connecting room, but they only offer one floor. The room was ready, but it turned out to be a twin bed (it should have been a double bed). If we had requested a different floor, the longer we waited.

The order was not correct. The receptionist said the room was ready, but when we entered the room, it was not ready and we had to wait. One of the bathtub faucets was not working.

My suggestion is to start refurbishing and deep cleaning some of the rooms, especially the carpets, to make them look cleaner, fresher, and smell better. Overall, a good job.
