A rundown property and room. Clean, but in need of renovation.

Was clean enough, very basic. Tea, coffee milk sugar etc provided. Soap and shampoo also on offer, very nice people friendly run. We were in room 8 there was a noise the entire time even overnight like a beat of music. Off putting to be honest. Worth the money at the end of the day.

Excellent location, close to subway and within walking distance from the direct city centre. Small but comfortable and clean room, with a nice shower and nice staff. Definitely a great value for money for short stays in the centre

I have stayed in Glasgow house a few times, each time, very pleasant! the staff are always so lovely and helpful, easy access, and great location.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the guest house. The owners/ staff are pleasant & welcoming. Rooms have everything I need. Really good shower! Area is great for dining out & has a good range of cafes nearby. There is a pub/ bar across the road but area is still quiet. No on site parking but there are payment meters nearby if you need to use them

Room was clean and comfortable

Friendly caring and considerate!

The room had all the amenities we needed, and there was handwash and shower gel included in the bathroom too. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The TV didn’t really work which was a little disappointing but not the end of the world. Wifi was good.

Lovely Management

The best stay in Glasgow Top ! Cheap ,clean ,big rooms ,clean rooms everyday and the staff especially the Indian couple are simply AMAZING!!!!!!

Cheap and cheerful

Good price, convenience of location, area is quiet, nice staff, and works for a solo traveler. It is not fancy but suited me well.

Basic, scruffy but clean. Great location. Very quiet room in basement. Good value.
