A good hotel for families with a swimming pool and the ability to play ping pong, the main thing is that it is close to the mosque for congregational dawn prayers.

Not bad... The pool is quite large and warm. The breakfast is quite tasty and varied. The room is clean, no complaints. But there was a slight problem, I checked in in the morning, waited until after 3 pm and still hadn't been contacted. When I asked at the receptionist, I was told to check in again and asked for another ID card, the officer insisted that I hadn't checked in without checking first?? Why argue with me when the computer was right in front of him. After he checked on the computer, he said I could enter now, the SOP needs to be reviewed. Even if I was given an access card, it couldn't be used, finally after exchanging it again, it worked. Well, let's just say I was unlucky to get a receptionist who wasn't very responsive.

The hotel is quite strategically located, although on a main road, but there's no traffic noise. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the service is also excellent.

Mercure Setiabudi is one of those hotels that always makes you want to return. The lights went out several times. The TV signal kept dropping out. The room wasn't very clean. But other than that, the service was top-notch.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The breakfast was also delicious with many options. Excellent value for money! We always stay here for certain special celebrations because it is so enjoyable. We will return once the lagoon rooms have finished their renovation.

The bathroom glass had a crack, allowing water to leak out and flood. The sheets were a dull white color, appearing unclean. Sleeping was uncomfortable. The staff was quite friendly. The location is congested.

Check-in was very smooth. This hotel has a main pool and a kids' pool, both use warm water! Amazing… so my kids could swim everywhere, in both the main pool and the kids' pool. The staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was good, clean room, and they had a kids' indoor playground. Maybe will come back again. Thanks.

Hotel recommended for staycation with family. Friendliness, smiles, and greetings need to be maintained. Standard room size is quite spacious and soundproof, only the TV needs an upgrade. Otherwise, awesome!
