The hotel is very aesthetic and pretty. The staff is very friendly. The location is a little hard to find for the first time, but the staff is very helpful and come to pick up us. The hotel doesn't have lift. But overall, the room is very pretty and comfortable. I will stay here again if i come to Hanoi.

Overall the room is very clean and cute, from the decoration to the interior, a bit ancient and modern, suitable for exploring dust. I appreciate the friendly and enthusiastic enthusiasm from the staff to the hotel manager, always smiling and supporting guests. The location is extremely convenient for walking to explore many places of the old town such as the church, the sword lake, Ta Hien Street ... The only minus point is that the wifi upstairs is a little weak sometimes dropped, and the tv the problematic cable is nearly impossible to consider Vietnam stone, and a slight improvement is 10/10. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the room ...

I am in love with this cute little comfy hotel in Old Quarter area. Everything is perfect: the hospitality, the cleanliness, the neighbourhood, etc. Will def stay here again if visit Hanoi.

The best "home" ever! Staffs are amazing! They recommended some great place to eat, and let me check in at 11:00. That was so kind. My room is super lovely and spacious, the bed is soooo big and comfy. A good hide-away right next to the Cathedral in the heart of the Old Quarter. Love so much.
