The few negative reviews here say nothing about the hotel itself, but a great deal about people who are impossible to please. They would be dissatisfied even in paradise. I must mention one incredible flaw, though. The hotel owner is cutting corners in the wrong place. There's no professional coffee machine. If the owner understood the importance of a good cappuccino or latte macchiato for European tourists, they would make this small investment very quickly. The management also confirmed to me that they are frequently asked about this.
