This hotel presented an amazing experience. From the moment you walk it the staff is attentive and ready with a welcome drink and getting you set up with your room. The property is gorgeous for a very well located boutique hotel. The room was comfortable and appreciated the extras. The location is close to everything and a very walkable area.

Hotel was wonderful, cozy and calm. Excellent rooms. Everyone was amazing. All the staff members, Murad, Abdelhakim, Ismail, and everyone else. The cooking class was so much fun. Spa was great. Will definitely go back.

Excellent service, 5 stars for cleanliness and they did room service twice a day which is amazing. Lovely comforting breakfast and complimentary tea every evening. One of the best the hotel we have stayed in Marrakesh

It is a unique hotel with so much history. Winston Churchill used to stay there! Dining by the pool with live local musicians was a very special experience and the food was fabulous

This hotel is a great option . The staff are very friendly and helpful . The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location close to all the markets and to some great restaurants . The spa and the cooking class were top notch . My only complaint is that my room was very small. I booked a “king room” and it was very small so if I stayed here again I would upgrade to a larger room . However I would totally recommend this hotel .

The Riad was a wonderful base for a fantastic week in Marrakech. The property is beautiful and full of character, and the staff are simply excellent. It’s so nice to be in a place where you are greeted with warmth and friendliness, making sure you have everything you need without being overbearing with attention. It was a wonderfully relaxing stay, and great recommendations for activities; our highlights were the cooking school, a trip into the Atlas Mountains, and the convenience of being able to leave the city behind for a chill out at their country club. Great trip.

Enjoyed every second here! Loved, loved my time in this gorgeous, historic hotel. The staff was welcoming, kind, incredibly sweet, and so very knowledgeable. The rooms are immaculately maintained. The hotel’s pool and country club spaces are beautiful. If you want a magical stay in Marrakech, this is the hotel. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Loved this property! Simply beautiful and excellent food and care. Highly recommend. One thing is that the pool was under construction/renovation which was an unfortunate inconvenience (especially since we were not notified beforehand) but nonetheless I would return to this hotel

Pool was broken, no warning. We were expected to travel to some faraway country club or some nearby hotel with a roof pool. There was no Hammam. Officious staff who think they are doing you a favor to stay in their world-famous hotel with Winston Churchill portrait. No lift. Luggage must be ported from the street, but hotel has not of the charm of the Madina ambience. Charged for breakfast.
