This is a good hotel for short stays. The room is a bit small for two persons. For one person, it is fairly comfortable. What could be improved The bathroom door did not work well, but since I was alone, it did not matter. It would have been a problem if there were two persons in the room. So, please repair the bathroom doors. There were six of us who were booked here, and two of the rooms, the bathroom doors could not close well or at all. It also might be good if the hotel informs potential guests that this type of room does not come with windows. Then the guests could look at other options. I did not mind it because I was staying for about 12 hours only. One of my guests was claustrophobic and had to change rooms. I personally would not have opted for a windowless room if I had known. Do let it be known on your page which type of rooms have no windows. What worked well Otherwise, the hotel is a short walk away to the park and many eateries. It was a comfortable stay.

hotel location was good,easy to find food,staff very friendly. I had book for two night,first night I found that air cond water was dripping, I complain at counter , straight away change the room for me.

Ok,, however to check in, you need to go to counter at other building/hotel.

Friendly staff. When I needed a refrigerator in the room, the staff helped to change the room which had a refrigerator. The first room didn't have a refrigerator.

I understand the room is no window. But, it is too stuffy and damp wet. Other than that, the room is good.

Hotel location in town area and near to shopping mall. Unfortunately the room condition is not so nice, dirty, mold on toilet floor, need go to another building to check in/out.

aircond is slow and not serviced, it broke at 3 in the morning and overflowing water soaked the makeup table.

Staff forget to provide towels (famili room), even I'm late chk in at 10pm, less room space, parking lot need coupon (working days),

Small room & not so clean. No tower provided until we made a phone call to the receptionist. The staffs was very excellent. Just the environment wise not as expected. Two star for the hospitality. Five stars to the staffs.
