This place is exactly like the pictures. It’s more of an Air B&B that’s right around the corner from Bourbon Street. I love it. Stayed for Mardi Gras 2025. Definitely would stay again.

This place was amazing. The cottage was cute and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was so nice and friendly.

Another great stay at Audubon Cottages in New Orleans. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and loved every minute of it. Romantic and private with a soaking tub, great service and close to everything in French Quarter yet removed enough to be peaceful. Small scale and very unique historic property. My favorite place to stay in New Orleans.

Absolutely loved our stay at Audobon Cottages! We felt like it was our own private oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon, in the midst of the Quarters. All staff are super friendly. We have been raving about our stay to our local friends. Would definitely stay here, again and again.

Amazing place to stay. Quintessential New Orleans.

The Audubon cottages are unique and quaint, and offer a perfect respite from the craziness of the French Quarter. Loved staying there. Sean and Jeffery go to great links to make sure everything goes smoothly. As I was leaving in my car from the garage, Jeffery chased me down a block to give me a jacket that I had left inside by mistake. Truly above and beyond!

What a great peaceful oasis in the French Quarter. We will delicately be back!

Delightfully restored cottage inside a garden, which is inside of another garden through a secret doorway from the street. Absolutely Beautiful setting with a bubbling fountain in the courtyard. Completely historic tall, narrow sets of double doors and windows with shutters opening onto a private courtyard beautifully furnished with antiques that hide all the modern conveniences. New bathroom - yay! Unfortunately, there is street noise from cars -not partygoers - in the afternoons and early evening. It was very quiet at night. Elegant and sophisticated one block off Bourbon - really!!

Nice property off the French Quarter- very nice and convenient. Toilet and A/C were not working properly which was a bit frustrating. Overall, a wonderful property and a great stay!
