Very few times I give reviews but this time definitely it’s a most this is a hidden treasure me and my wife went there. Amazing service amazing facilities. It was so nice. The only bad thing is that we had to leave. Great environment and most important is a most comeback. I love this place it make me feel so relaxed so welcomed and most important. I feel happy I must stay for sure.

The hotel has a lot o potential but the management options are extremely unacceptable, nothing is complementary even to take a picture in the gardens you have to pay a fee customer service is great to same point

Front desk service was excellent, the food was delicious and the service from Saul was wonderful.

Las instalaciones están sucias, adentro de la habitación había hormigas, se metían al baño y a la cama. El staff fue muy amable durante la estancia pero el hotel dejo mucho que desear.

land and rooms are really nice, place is not really close to downtown but it's nice to rest away from the traffic, service and dinner was great, unfortunately breakfast was not the same the omelet and ham.was burnt and they didn't offered compensation or food replacement and we got food poisoned

The pillows are very old and the restroom was very smelly

They changed my rate because my daughter is 15 years old and it don’t say anything on their page !!! Rates went up double

Power went out and no effort was made to provide any light for our room. Restaurant was closed for breakfast on Sunday morning.

Would I recommend or go back? Yes. I am excited? Obviously not. Unhappy? Not at all. Overall, just ok. It is way far from being great, which come from small details. IMO the ratio value-price is unbalanced.

Nice place for a relaxing and romantic weekend. Nice swimingpool and whirpool.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the grounds were very pretty. The room was fine, though the window had been left open (bugs got in) and shower was a little disappointing (small shower head and it took a while for the hot water to come). The room service was misleading, as there were no hours listed on the menu... so when we tried to order the receptionist said it was too late. We wound up having to go to town for something to eat. Overall the hotel was nice for the area and price. We got a good night's sleep in a clean and quiet room :)

Very nice garden and atmosphere. Staff is dummy but with very good ambition to serve well.

El lugar es muy tranquilo, silencioso, apto para visitas familiares y con niños chiquitos. Ampliamente recomendable!
