Good clean hotel, comfortable stay, well connected to Lyon City Center. Highlight of the stay was helpful and always smiling staff.

The AC did not keep the room cool. That is the only negative issue we had. Our room was a good bit warmer than the common areas.

In the heat of June 2026 the aircon is not powerful enough to keep the rooms cool enough. I had to move rooms and even then the temperature in the room was not comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind. The location is incredibly convenient and the rooms are quiet and clean. The only complaint would be that the shower door leaked, but otherwise everything was perfect. The all day snacks and coffee in the bar area was appreciated. The breakfast was somewhat small but had everything you would need to start the day. I would stay here again for sure!

The room was clean even though they have not used carpet but flooring that corporate offices use for easy cleaning - there were quite a few stains on the floor. There was an issue with key card access and did not receive the cards much later in the day, the staff were super helpful during this time. I didn’t have breakfast here but the club was a great area to chill and unwind. The air conditioning was not great, it is a dial with no numbers rather than digital so I didn’t know what temperature I was selecting and couldn’t get it right. The views from my room were amazing, there was filtered water machine on all floors and as it’s an eco friendly hotel you had to ask for any amenities you needed. The gym has no weight machines and is tiny.

Lovely hotel in a great position by the Rhone. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The Club was a lovely touch with drinks and snacks available all the time. I would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay

We had a peaceful stay in this centrally located hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. The only thing was that the bed was very hard.

Great 4 night stay in Lyon. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English perfectly(much better than my French). Great location, easy walk to old town, and all major sites and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The reception and general staff of the hotel were so nice, welcoming and so helpful, in a genuine and sincere way! I think some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered (and I’ve stayed at many hotels!). The room itself is simple and stylish, perfect for a city break. I’m sure other reviews will say the same that perhaps only stay in the same room with people you are very comfortable with because the bathroom has limited privacy. But no problem for those who are close. The room was super clean and spotless, and we loved the ecofriendly first approach - the linen and cotton duvets were great. I also loved the clubhouse because we went in a heatwave and needed a chill out space to cool down. Staff were so accommodating. Definitely will stay in another OKKO hotel if this is the standard of staff. The

The hotel is located in the great location. The staff was friendly. Breakfast food and selection were outstanding. Were a little surprised by the showers without the basins. Water was flowing on the bathroom floor, but we managed. I was told that they are planning to remodel the bathrooms next year. The bottom line is if we are back to Lyon again this will be our choice.

As well as having tricked-out design, the staff were wonderful. I was wished a Happy Birthday by almost everyone in the hotel staff!! The breakfast was entirely worthwhile. Maybe the best buffet scrambled eggs ever - so creamy!! Definitely recommended.

The room may not be big but it is so well designed that it is very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is very nice. I highly recommend splurging for a balcony. It is close to everything and the staff is very nice.

The location is excellent and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are friendly and the amenities, including the free snacks, are great. The view from the river facing room was beautiful and the corner unit had so many windows. The only negative is the bed: is is really hard which on its own is not the issue but combined with the very rough bed linens, it was a bit much. I understand that they are trying to be eco-friendly but surely there are more comfortable/smooth eco-friendly materials. It was actually pretty unpleasant and affected my sleep quality. I would not recommend to anyone with sensory issues related to rough/uncomfortable fabrics. I think that the bathroom design has been roasted enough in the reviews but I will just say to be careful to not slip and fall after a shower and to lay down towels.
