Best hotel I’ve stayed in.

Beautiful hotel with very pleasant staff

My husband and I stayed at this property during the 4th of July weekend from Texas. Everything was seamless during check in and the manager and new staff in training were all very kind and welcoming. She enlighten us about the Happy Hour and provided us with vouchers for a complimentary beverage. Our room on the 7th floor was perfect! It was a City View and will be our new go-to anytime we visit Tuscaloosa. Please take advantage of the breakfast! Sooo yummy, especially the omelette station. The dining area was very clean and fully stocked. The gym had the core equipment items you’ll need to a decent workout in. Parking was surprisingly easy as well. Again, it was during the 4th of July weekend and unbeknownst to us, we were in the PERFECT place to view the fireworks. We even took a quick walk down to the amphitheater. This was a nice impromptu way for us to tour the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Hotel was being remodeled. However m, it was still a great hotel. Location is great!

The staff was extremely helpful at this hotel, from the front desk to the breakfast staff, we really enjoyed our stay.

the shower could’ve been cleaned a little better. other than that, my stay was just fine. :)

Good hotel. Would rate it 3.5 star. Not 4 star as advertised. Good breakfast buffet and evening drinks with snacks, both included in price of stay.

Overall very good place to stay. They are refurbishing so a few things are missing from the room like wall art. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice!

Visiting my daughter for a few days at school. It was nice to enjoy this location when it’s at a low time to be able to afford without price gouging. Wonderful stay.

I reserved this room online and when I arrived I was told that due to housekeeping staff issues they did not physically have a room for my family. So we had to reserve another room up the road.

Great location as it was walkable to several restaurants. Room was fantastic!

Asked on numerous occasions to have room serviced. No service from Thursday to Sunday. Finally asked for just coffee for room never delivered. We have stayed here several times and very much enjoyed the hotel, but it has definitely changed. Management of this property needs to change and hold staff accountable for service. Highly disappointed!

Overall, hotel was dirty (floors, shower, etc). Room had two beds… one reeked like it had just been used by female with a hygiene problem. We asked for another room but were told there was nothing else available (parking lot was not even half full). Hotel manager sent housekeeping to change our sheets but smell remained. Housekeeping acknowledged smell and returned with Lysol but once again, smell remained. We intended to stay 3 days but checked out that morning. Management did not seem to care. I travel regularly and usually stay in Hilton hotels and can easily say this was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with Hilton or Embassy Suites. Family trip we will all remember for the wrong reasons.
