Overall was good except that the manager came to shame at the staff. Makes the hotel image look bad, shouldn't do it

The place is nice, minus the swimming pool there is no room to replace it.

We liked this hotel at first sight. At the beginning we checked in after a very long journey, we were given a welcome blue drink in a glass. The room is spacious with balconies. Complete amenities, even they provide umbrella in each room. In the balconies are also available hanger for wet clothes. Breakfast there are various choices from american, continental breakfast. The service of the staff is friendly. Very strategic location. 200m from alcazer cabaret and the beach. Nearby there are 7 eleven. 7 minutes walking distance from the Central Festival Mall Pattaya. We love this hotel and definitely will stay again.
