The hotel staff is friendly and the atmosphere at night is very quiet and peaceful, although occasionally you can hear the maintenance team working, but it's okay.
The last time I stayed there, the water was a bit cloudy and there was a strong chlorine smell, but the staff explained it with excellent communication. My two stays at Brother Hotel were very comfortable and I will definitely return again when I have work in Solo.

The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. I admit that even though it's a B3 hotel, it feels like a B4 hotel. The atmosphere and cleanliness are comfortable. I always stay at the Brother Hotel Solo Baru on vacation.

Check-in was quick. The staff was friendly, always greeting us in the hallways and lobby. Security also helped with parking. The hotel's location is excellent, close to shopping centers and restaurants.
