Comfortable room

We stayed two nights at this property in our way back from Konstanz to Rotterdam. The hotel was easy to find and there is a car park immediately opposite (the hotel gives a badge that can be put in front window of car). The hotel is of a reasonably good standard, niceish rooms and a reasonable breakfast. Bath robes are provided and r rooms well cleaned but beginning to show age a little. We eat dinner one night at hotel which was good. There js a small swimming pool and sauna/steam room area on ground floor. The nearby small city of Limburg is beautiful and really worth a visit BUT beware it is one of German cities that has introduced an “umweltzone” (environmental zone) for which you need to purchase permission green badge to enter (which has to be done in advance and even tourist office were unclear how you did this. We await a fine!). There is a bus stop immediately opposite hotel but these seem to take 40 minutes to cover a 10 km distance - but better than a fine.

The fraud of hotel totall ruins my experience staying there. Me and my friend stayed in a Comford Single Room with a twin bed. To comfirm the bed is twin, separable, I called the hotel before we booked online. The lady staff confirmed the bed is a twin separable bed without extra cost. Unprofessional service. The night we checked in. There is an man didn't know the hotel at all. It took him 30m to find our room with a separable bed in there. Fraudulent hotel When we checked out. The hotel charged us EXTRA because we actually stayed in a Double room. But we booked single room, now we have to pay extra for a double room...!? It's the worst experience we've ever encountered. Is this kinda a marking strategy they're trying to get more guests It backfired as it ruins everything.. I'll definitely NEVER stay there again.

ok for short stays, rooms comfortable for a city hotel, fairly quiet position though.

Gutes Zimmer, super personal, wenige Parkplätze, Frühstück naja, es gab noch nicht einmal rührei

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Räumlichkeiten waren wirklich sehr schön.

Alles war wunderbar außer der Teppich finde ich nicht schön in zimmer Nr 307 sonst eine sehr schöne Hotel alles hat gestimmt

Venligt personale. Hotellet har set bedre tider er ikke helt som billederne, selve området er trist og kun egnet til et hurtigt stop.

wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Sowohl das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr schmackhaft. Den Spa Bereich mit dem Schwimmbad haben wir sehr gerne genutzt.
