Very nice place. Everything is good, except two things I didn't like; there's no elevator, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, you have to use the stairs and perhaps making several trips upstairs. The other one is a dirty pool. It was a hot day and wanted to go cor a swim, but after seeing the pool, I decided no to. The water filter was not running, or maybe it didn't have one. Other than those couple of things, everything is good.

Good place to stay. If you are hace some heavy luggage, you have to carry it up the stairs, because there's no elevator. The pool wasn't clean, no working filter for the water. The rest of the place, including room was really good and clean. Convenient location for shopping and a straight drive to the airport.

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet. My only issue (if is a valid one) is that there's not enough towels, but in México is a common occurrence. It also needs an elevator.

El hotel esta muy bien. Lo único malo es que habla mucho ruido en la madruga debido a que se escuchaba todos los sonidos que los otros huéspedes hacina al llegar a sus habitaciones.

The hotel didn’t have elevator noisy and the water pressure real bad shower terrible experience

My family was there two night. The second night the room was changed the key my famy were not able to open the room the second nigh . My family needed to call the admon to open their room again.

Location

The bed is a bit old and blanket & pillows. They need to upgrade, The restaurant sucks and food is awful. I will never stay here anymore. I stayed 2 weeks & only one day I had the nasty breakfast. The food in any street outside is way better than this hotel restaurant. I threw away my conventional breakfast coupons!! 👎👎👎

Good location, near the airport and shopping outlets, Also near the city center but far enough to avoid all the traffic noise

Excellent location next to the outlet malls and nice restaurants on both sides. Hotel was clean and safe. Receptionist was friendly but not bilingual.

It is a very nice hotel for the price. The rooms are spacious but the decor is outdated. The included breakfast is bread, cereals, fruit and coffee or tea. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly but not bad and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

The Pool was duty and too cold we got sick It needs more attention to the pool and have the water more clean everything else was good I am happy with it

Loved the hotel, located in a perfect area of the city. The staff, from the bell boys, to front office, restaurant waiters, bar tenders to the room service personnel were friendly, helpful, listened and just plain amazing. The only thing we found inconvenient was that this hotel contained 3 floors but no elevator. We had to take the stairs with our luggage and my Mom who has difficulty walking had a hard time walking up to our 3rd floor room on a daily basis. Other than that, our room was clean and thankfully did not have any rowdy neighbors, we slept comfortably all 5 nights we were there. We would definitely stay there next time we visit & recommend this hotel for future Leon, Guanajuato travels!

Excelent location! I’ll be back next year, this place is close to all the things of my interest and i got good rates. I wish I could stay longer....

It is a good hotel with a great location, closer to a big shoe outlet (MULZA), next to a good quality steak buffet (La Vaka), the hotel is nice and well maintened, the pool is small and colder, but it has a nice garden with games and slides for kids. The included breakfast is good if you only want fruit, cereal, cookies, coffee and juice, and if you want some eggs or ham, it has an additional cost, so finally is a good hotel in a friendly neighborhood.
