The AC in the room was not cold, finally moved rooms, cleanliness was very lacking, lots of cigarette butts. The elevator looked like it hadn't been cleaned.

The security staff was not very helpful and responsive. The blanket had many dirty spots. The bathroom could not be locked. The bathroom mat was not suitable. It was a shame because the location was okay.
