The room is small but pretty clean and the location is not hard to find, also very near to the MRT station.

They said there were no children, but there were a lot of kids staying there. It was noisy, even at 10 or 11 pm because there were no staff around. People were walking around all night, making a lot of noise. It was uncomfortable to sleep. The only good thing was the location. The floor was also very sticky. They asked us to take off our shoes but didn't provide slippers. It's the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. It was overcrowded and too crowded.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Some reviews say the staff is rude, but it's not. They even gave us a free paper printer for our student exchange. The room is very clean, comfortable, and cool for an affordable price. However, some places outside the room are a bit damp and smelly.

For solo travelers, it's fun to spend the night here. Yesterday I met someone from Indonesia too. There are lockers so your belongings are safe as long as you bring your own lock. Access to the MRT is also close and for Muslims, it's really convenient that there's a prayer room in front of us.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean, and check-in was easy as instructed. It's close to everything, as it's in Chinatown.

Close to the Chinatown MRT, across from Pagoda Street and the Pagoda MRT exit. Chinatown makes it easy to find food, souvenirs, beautiful buildings, etc. Close to hawker centers. If you need a padlock or charging point, you can find one on Pagoda Street or at the hawker center. You can also find plenty of souvenirs and luggage.

Check-in is easy, you can check in without meeting an officer, because you have been directed via email notification...

I come from Vietnam. I stayed at the hostel 04 nights. Considering the price I paid, I think the hostel is good. I booked a bed in a 12-person room, but everyone was nice and quiet. The location is convenient and easy to access other areas—MRT is nearby. When I checked in late, they left an envelope with my name on it and the key inside. They also have a kitchen where I can cook my own meals or use the oven to heat up takeaway food. As for the staff, I rarely saw them—maybe they weren’t around when I went out, or honestly, I wasn't sure who the staff were. I brought everything I needed with me, so I didn’t really need any assistance. I’d happily stay at this hostel again if I return to Singapore.

It's a shame, even though the price is cheap, please don't give the same service. I asked for the bottom section but it still couldn't be done, even though I had ordered it very far in advance. Finally, after checking in, I immediately checked out and moved to another inn, so I could still find a hotel at the last minute.
