The hotel was clean, but hotel staff was not responsive and did not want to accommodate basic necessities. Was fixing the alarm system for a whole day during my stay and no credit nor discount for the disturbance.

Check in was effeicient and pleasant. For the most part housekeeping was good---but one dau, I felt like the sheets (though chnged?) were not satisfactorily cleaned. The bathroom amenities were not really good. The breakfast was of. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exercise room was equipeed well.

My wife and I have stayed here for 7 years in a row and we love it. The staff has become family to us.

Dining place is too crowded all the time.

Perhaps not a five star location but certainly better than acceptable. Clean comfortable quiet rooms with a very good breakfast included. Walking distance to the metro; I only wish I had had more time to explore the city using the metro. Very inexpensive, safe and reliable transportation it was. altogether, my stay here was very enjoyable.

It was our first time in Panamá, when we got to the hotel. We were greeted warmly and the staff were bilingual which helped so much with translation. They were helpful and friendly. It was a great experience staying there. I definitely recommend staying here.

Standard Average hotel.

Located next to the W hotel. Which you can have access to some of their amenities as well. Only issue was the Internet was down one day which is an issue being in a different country.

I travel four or five times a year and have never written an unsatisfactory review, but this hotel is not worth the money. I paid $100/night. It should have been $50/night. The shower was cold. The breakfast was carbs, hotdogs and awful eggs. NOT recommended.

Convenient location. Clean and comfy rooms. Close to the Old Town. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Loveddddd my stay here! The front desk staff was amazing. I got in extremely early and kindly asked if I could get the room earlier because I was extremely tired. In no time, the room was ready. The view from my room was also beautiful. I recommend!

Nice hotel in the business district. Staff wasn’t exactly warm and welcoming. Very forced communication and didn’t volunteer information on amenities or facilities. Concierge lady was helpful offering options for coffeeshops close by. Breakfast wasn’t mediocre and much of the same thing every day. Had dinner once, which consisted of a rich seafood stew. An ok hotel, but I won’t return.
