Trevligt hotell bra personal, hit kommer vi igen.

Looked like just renovated. Sauna gym etc in good shape and fresh.

It was a good one day trip to Jyvaskyla and the hotel and its staff were good.

Good hotel, nice and friendly staff, professional , good location

Had no parking available for my car. Could hear shower noise in pipes in ceiling. And loud music late at night.

One wing of the hotel needs work bad. The lights are very difficult to turn off. I couldn’t get my bathroom light to ever go out. Had to just shut the door so I could sleep.

First time at this hotel and rooms are large and clean. We only stayed one night, but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful ...one even kept my wallet safe when I left it behind! Will choose this hotel again!

Lovely hotel. Great location minutes from the station. Stylish decor, courteous staff. Fabulous breakfast and wonderful dinner at the restaurant

The staff is wonderful and friendly! They greet you and smile often. My only complaints are about the room, jacuzzi hours and gym locations. The room looked nothing like the pictures. In fact, it was dated. For instance, there was a swiveling base for an old, tube-style TV, bolted onto the dresser.As for the jacuzzi, the hours are limited, and it is closed on Sunday. It was the reason picked that hotel. Lastly, the gyms are in other buildings, which is not very convenient.

Everything really cozy and relaxed. Enjoyed the service.

Very clean and modern. No gym but lots to do in the local area.

I arrived by train and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk away. The surrounding area is pleasant and a short walk to either the town centre or lake and harbour. The hotel has a bright and cheerful look and there is a good restaurant and bar on site.

Hotel was clean and friendly and central as I am a Finn and from Jyväskylä I wanted to be in centre of town as my sister’s have small apartments so me and my English husband booked the Alexandra for second time and I also held my big birthday party there some years ago, it was a full success. Nevertheless I wish to point out the following ; Our hotel room top mattress sheets were not straightened daily!! TV didn’t have any English or World services channels, we found that unusual and disappointing! Hotel Breakfast was very good but missed a little bit of variation as we stayed 7 days!! Hotel restaurant evening menus were not so varied as before in previous years !!

Clean and good location

I stayed her for one night. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. There are 2 restaurants that sell a wide range of food. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection.

A nice hotel close to the railway station and the town centre. The hotel has a good bar and restaurants and the staff are freindly. My room was spacious and comfortable but could be improved with tea and coffee facilities.

The hotel was calm and clean. The hotel staff I met was very nice to me.

The hotel was centrally located. However, area was very expensive. Eating out was a fortune. The room Was clean and the staff were Pleasant. However, room was basic too small no bathroom products, only shampoo on the wall in the shower. Had a mini bar though which was very expensive. Take your wallet loaded with euros for this hotel.

Although the hotel doesn't look impressive from outside, it is quite nice in the rooms for this price range. The location is great and the reception was very helpful and polite. The breakfast could have been a bit better (more choices) but other than that the experience was very good.

Hotel is in a good central location just minutes from the station and the city centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable but do not have tea/coffee making facilities.
