I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms.

Great location, unfortunately every time we booked a hotel through hotels.com we get a very small and not a great view rooms.

Limited facilities

Check in was ok. Room accommodations not prepared with separate twin beds, but quickly corrected. The property very attractive, and family friendly, but a lot of kids. It was very noisy and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and could not visit during the hours. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful brand new resort. I would highly recommend staying here except that it’s more for families as opposed to single adults who are looking for a peaceful getaway.

room by the elevator, you can hear every click of the device. in addition, the sounds of children running, people screaming can be heard all night in the room

Room was clean and spacious. Nice view on the balcony. Breakfast was good. Easy parking . A lot of family opportunities to enjoy the time. Professional management who provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

Amazing hotel to stay in zakopane everything is there

Lovely spa and well set out property. Top floor cafe was a lovely place to relax with a drink in the evenings.

Great location near to beginners slopes with great English speaking instructors - we went during England and Polish half term so it was very busy - we booked skiing lessons from England - and they were great at returning emails and their English was brilliant. The room was very spacious for family of 4 - kids sofa bed mattress very thin - but aren't they always. Very clean. The curtains did not close fully - which was annoying. Design flaw in the bedrooms (or at least room 1523) is that there are pieces of wood (rather than plasterboard) - at high level which meant you could hear every word as though they were in your room - which isn't great if you are trying to sleep and they want to party! The second worst part was most of the staff (not housekeeping - she was very smiley) were simply unfriendly and un-smiley - a smile doesn't cost anything! - some of the staff said "you're welcome" when we thanked them - which was in stark contrast to most of them, and simply makes for a more pleasurable holiday. But the saddest thing for us was that we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evenings -(despite having having paid for half board) because there was nothing for (unadventurous English) children to eat - the food was good for adults and adventurous children - rabbit / pork / chicken in all sorts of Polish sauces - but some chips or some pizza or chicken nuggets - or something 'international' would have been very much appreciated by us! - Breakfast was good though.
