Very friendly staff. Good value for money

Beautiful hotel but the wifi connection was poor in the room. Had to come downstairs to make calls

Hospitality was very good and I enjoyed the stay

At check in, I had to pay extra RMB300/night x 3 nights for Sheraton club level as my request for two beds at time of reservations had failed to get through. Breakfast service staff needs training; and ban from using mobile phones in order to concentrate on serving the guests. My request for a coffee spoon came back negative. Two different staff went around and came back after a long time with no spoon .... but when I asked the manager, she was able to locate it instantly! We were seated by the inside hall with a few other guests at around 8 am ... all the waiters/waitresses were hiding in a far corner chatting and playing with their mobile phones! They had failed to pay attention to the guests who was trying to seek their assistance ... to set tables with missing implements, remove used plates, refill coffee tea etc. Did not expect this from a 5 star hotel restaurant.

They were very nice, Breakfast was the normal, but the night I stayed they had a Oktoberfest Celebration in the main hall it was a great time

Nice enough hotel. Decent rooms. Smaller than others I have stayed at in China, but at par with most hotels across the world. Very nice buffet breakfast, though that was extra charge. My room didn't have a view, but maybe other rooms did. There is a nice public park with a lake nearby. Good for a morning run.

One of the best 5 star hotels within 500kms including Shanghai. Felt at home the care and service were delivered with unique personal touch. Will stay again absolutely !

I love the staff, the service and the amenities at Sheraton Jiangyin. The hotel offers everything you need during your business trip, the food is amazing and the staff greet me by name and remember me from previous stays every time i visit. strongly recommend!

Great stay

one night business stay. hotel old and tired. service awful...food even worse..order from the menu and get something not even on tje menu...order dinner later anf find salmon not cooked. raw . had to argue with staff just to get a spoon to eat my icecream they wanted me to use a plastic spatula....5 star hotel i dont think so.. i also dislike staff saying yes to everything knowing they do not actually understand at all...its so frustrating...just tell me and i will talk slower or choose a different way to say. the swimming pool you have to wear a swimming cap. i stayed 4 nights in shanghai in a 5 star hotel and used the pool every morning WITHOUT a swi.ming cap. if the pool is kept clean properly and correct chemicsls used thete is absolutely no readon for this..another reason never to go back there. i booked and paid extra for garden view but got view of concrete roof only...the reception did offer to move me Fter i mmetioned...buy why would this be necessary? read the booking and provide what the client is paying for. i was too tired so didnt move but there is no excuse for giving an inferior room. it certainly wasnt because the hotel was full. crazy ss they have lost regular bookings from my company as i was the first to visit. will advise all to book a hotel in wuxi and travel

I would assume most people go to this area for business, as there is nothing much else around. Though English will always be a weakness, the staff were more than willing to help, even intervening when negotiating with a taxi driver. Facilities wise the hotel has everything one might need and the gym is very well equipped.

We have just stayed 2 nights in this hotel. We can say this hotel is excellent in the middle of very poor Jiangyin Viillage. We strongly recommend it.
