This place was the most comfortable place that we stayed on our 19 night six country Europe trip, it had the best beds and pillows and shower, the breakfast was ok, the staff friendly, the location suited us for our zeppelin flight which was in walking distance I would definitely stay there again

We just stayed there a night, but it included breakfast which was a plus and a very complete breakfast. Enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and quiet!

My problem is the internet was on 5mbps way below standard- tested multiple times and the same BAD speed WA phone calls always dropped

We were very happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Friedrichshafen. We will happily stay here again the next time we are in the area.

No complains at all. The hotel is new and crew is very professional and kind.

We checked in very late and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, no fridge but they did have an ice machine. No real aircon to speak of so would probably be hot in the summer. Breakfast was great and parking was 10-15 euros. Hotel isn’t close to anything but great for what we needed. Very happy with our stay.

The hotel was super quiet with lovely staff and breakfast. Plus as a tourist you can get a free "Echt Bodensee Ticket" which allows your to ride the buses free of charge. Bus station at the hotel, line 5 brings you straight to the city center and harbor.

The room was cleaned 2 times during 10 day stay. The hotel was advertised to have laundry on premises, the nearest laundromat is 20 minutes drive. No restaurants within walking distance. Had to request fresh towels, toilet paper and such daily. Had to take out my trash myself. Left earlier than planned but they still charged me for the days I was no longer there. A very disappointing experience overall. The only two good things about this hotel are: comfortable beds and tasty breakfast.

The hotel specifically asks to hang a sign on the door if you want your room to be cleaned, I did do and still they missed my room of the day before I left. No Manager (on vacation) and they admitted the housekeeping was out-sourced- not sure if that is true but in any case huge mistake. Also the smoking and noise by the front door for 1st floor inhabitants till 2 AM is pretty bleak- maybe if there was a manager there this would not happen!!

The location in terms of proximity to the lake is not optimal, the room is a bit cramped for three, but clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is solid.
