Very small room, thé restaurant si Not in thé same place

I liked the family rooms being big enough for our family but it felt tired with marks in the walls and it felt like school halls rather than a hotel. Probably because it is a favourite with Schools…

A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking this hotel.

Overall a good hotel. The food is good, and served in a fun venue. The evening buffet has something for vegetarians but it's overpriced unless you eat meat. This is common for the region. I suspect the food is of a very high quality. The pirate theme is great for kids, and make the place a bit different for adults. The dining room is lovely to look at. The main drawback at certain times of the year is that the hotel isn't air conditioned. If it's not hot weather, this won't matter.

Great hotel for the kids loved the Pirate theme and lay out of the beds.

Quirky Hotel; kids liked the pirate theme. Buffet restaurant really good, and excellent value (for France), with entertainment for the children thrown in, and all staff dressed in elaborate pirate costumes. Would definitely recommend for the restaurant alone.

Perfect for our needs. Clean, 5 bed family room and walking distance to Futuroscope. Restaurant next door if you needed it with small games arcade and children's entertainment some evenings. Very easy to get to from N10.

Très bonne expérience, un personnel souriant et sympathique, à l'écoute et delivant de bons conseils. Je recommande Petit bémol : le petit déjeuner manque de salé à notre goût ( pas d'oeufs coque ou brouillés par exemple) ce qui rend le rapport qualité prix un peu élevé

Hôtel invivable en cas de canicule aucune possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre un mini ventilateur fourni par l’hôtel pour une chambre de 4 personnes. Personnel se plaignant lui même de l’absence de climatisation seul la salle de restauration est équipée. Parking gratuit et acces facile au parc d’attraction Bon petit déjeuner

La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, même si la deco pirate se limite au rideau de la fenêtre. Pas de Clim mais un petit ventilateur. La chambre est très mal isolée et on entend tous les bruits du couloir jusqu’à tard dans la soirée. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Nous ne sommes pas allés au restaurant. Le Futuroscope est à 10 minutes à pieds.

Séjour agréable mais hotel bruyant et non équipé de climatisation et cela n'avait pas été communiqué en amont de la réservation dommage. Buffet du restaurant correct, petit déjeuner standard. Très loin du parc à pied et mal indiqué.

Chambre familiale sans intimité salle de bain qui ne dispose pas de porte mais d'un simple rideau qui ferme mal en plein milieu de la chambre.

Hébergement délabré Besoin de rénovation sinon rien à dire

Séjour sympa mais décoration ambiance pirates pas trop au rdv dans la chambre. Mais vraiment pas mal dans l'hôtel en règle générale.

Le parking très facile d'accès Chambre propre. Linge de toilette propre et en grande quantité. Le petit déjeuner : la salade de fruit qui n'est vraiment pas bonne, les crêpes trop sucrées et très bien pour le reste

Hôtel sans clim avec la canicule qu'il y a en ce moment. Impossible de dormir dans cette chaleur. En plus de pas de clim, pas de ventilateur et la fenêtre qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir en grand pour faire entrer le frais la nuit. Et on est qu'en mai, je ne veux même pas imaginer en plein été ce que ça doit être.
