Awful heating system. Was like just 12 degrees when you on the room. Heat pump was not giving any heat. But it's just crazy the hotel rooms price in Halifax. Even more expensive then Montreal.

There was a significant delay while staff waas trying to retrieve their money from expedia. I was madebto feel like there was a problem with my credit card and that I may not be able to check in. Staff messaged the manager and eventually got things to work. It was a stressful delay that I didnt need. It was also between the motel and expedia... not me.

Check in was easy. Suite was clean and comfortable.

We checked in and they only had one room key available for us, our TV wasn’t working, I called the front desk and the guy said he was busy, I called back 30 mins later and he said he would come to the room when he had time, he did come 20 mins later did all the things we had already tried and said he couldn’t get it working. I asked to be moved he said he couldn’t do that, I asked for a discount and he said because I booked with Expidia he couldn’t do that. I complained the next day and still no satisfaction. Don’t stay at this hotel
