Great view to the beach. There are also lots of restaurant and entertainment to do like snookers. The washroom is clean but a bit air locked. The room feels small even tho it’s quite an average size to other places.

The room was spacious enough for 4 people, but the queen-size bed was actually two single beds joined together, the mattress sagged, and if one person tossed and turned, the other would wake up. The bathroom smelled bad, and the cleaning service was only available from 11 am to 4 pm. The elevator was small and the wait was quite long. The price was cheap. The location was 1.5 km from the night market or the square, a tiring walk. It was opposite a rather deserted beach. The room had no windows, so it was quite stuffy and damp. The refrigerator and drawers were quite dirty. The room had a water heater but I didn't dare use it. There was a hairdryer and a hot and cold water dispenser.

The hotel service was excellent! Upon arrival, I realized I had booked the wrong date, 2026. The hotel staff were very helpful, facilitating the change and check-in without any difficulty. I was truly touched; absolute plus points for the hotel's service! The hotel is located right in the city center, and the foot massage service was also fantastic. My husband and I received a 30% discount as guests staying here!

We chose basic room for a quick stay and a cheap price for a night. Some things came up and I rebook another night and I never heard anything from the room service department to clean our room. They provided us a towel and 2 free water bottles and that was it. Mind you the towels which they provided on the first night have holes on it. Our room was basic so there was no window. I understand that but if you experienced claustrophobia, make sure to not rush any decisions to pick a room at this hotel. I dont have this condition but I still felt suffocating. The only positive about this hotel in my POV is its convenience, it’s right across the Z beach and there are multiple local stores near by.

The balcony has a cool sea view BUT... you can hear every noise, the soundproofing is not good. The bed has a yellow hair, the pillowcase is yellow, I told the receptionist but got a bad attitude

Reasonable price compared to the street front location, a room with a window would be better, should be cleaned carefully and checked again because when I checked in I saw a bottle of chips in the study cabinet. But still understandable because it was a holiday so the cleaning staff was quite tired with the amount of work.

Really bad. Booked a room with a sea view but when I arrived, I was given a low room on the 3rd floor, overlooking only electric wires and the street, with no sea view at all. I booked 3 days 2 nights here and when I checked in, I was completely disappointed. The room was ok, just like the picture, but it was almost completely degraded. When I entered the room, it smelled terrible. The staff said they forgot to take the towels out of the room. The faucet was turned to the hot side but no water came out. The elevator was degraded and went slower than a turtle. Overall, it was super bad, not worth the money at all.

The room is okay, but the location is quite convenient for traveling. I hope the hotel pays more attention to cleaning the rooms.

The hotel is near the center, there are many shops around, opposite the beach. The room is clean but the soundproofing is not good. There is a massage service in the lobby. From the hotel to Nha Trang station, it costs 30k for Grab bike or 75k for SM Xanh car.

Booked a room in advance but arrived at the hotel and there were no rooms available. Poor problem solving.

Advantages: central location, frontage on Tran Phu street. Affordable price, suitable for young people who just need a place to sleep to explore the city, opposite is a deserted beach, very convenient to travel. Stable wifi. Disadvantages: a bit small, old and slow elevator. Old room, refrigerator not cool. When waiting to check in, you can wait downstairs at the spa but it is very hot, the air conditioner is not turned on and the spa staff left things messy, unsightly. The room is leaking water and does not look nice. Staff: normal There is no special service, but the price is cheap, not suitable when accompanied by adults or children because it is quite cramped.

The hotel is newly renovated, clean, everything is not finished yet, so any small errors can be overlooked, clean, near the sea, friendly and polite staff. Plus points: near the sea, not far from the center, near the entertainment area, near the dining area, near grocery stores, everything is available. The lighting system, air conditioning, doors work well, everything is upgraded well, the mattress, sheets, blankets are soft and clean.
