Nice staff and generally very helpful, particularly as I’m recovering from a broken ankle

Rooms are small ,close to transport, Water was switched off during the night without any notice Think we could have found better for the price we paid

Formulaic hotel but offers a good standard of comfort, nice European-style breakfast and was very efficient in terms of check-in and -out

It’s was lovely and clean not much hot water and the lights in the room didn’t work, but apart from that the staff seemed pleasant and helpful. And comfortable room.

Stayed for one night as did West End and then Tower Of London the day after. Bathroom is a ‘wet room’ concept with a very poor shower.

Excellent value, small rooms but modern and bright. Easy walk to Tower and river. Bus stop for four routes outside the door.

Pretty standard hotel for a central London hotel, check-in took a while. Good sized and comfortable bed

Clean, modern, convenient to Tower Bridge and Tower of London, very comfortable bed!

Location was great. Walkable to Tower of London and subways. Breakfast options all around. Hotel breakfast looked ok but we hit outside spots.

Fantastic location! Comfortable beds. Smaller rooms though. Friendly staff.

Nice location, close to Tower Bridge and Sky Garden and easy place to walk to and from.

The rooms are comfortable but super very small, no closets, no hand lotion
