Everything here is lovely! The staff are warm and attentive, and the receptionist was welcoming. However, management could improve transparency about the villa names and layouts. I booked the ‘Royal Villa,’ drawn in by photos that made it look spacious and luxurious—but those photos were clearly taken at strategic angles. Upon arrival, I was directed to a villa named ‘Villa Tiga,’ which was not exactly what I expected. When I asked, I was told, ‘Oh, all the villas here are the same.’ If that’s the case, it would be much more straightforward to include the actual villa names and accurate photos in the descriptions. Clearer information would help set the right expectations for guests. Additionally, there’s a serious safety issue. The floor between the open salon and the garden becomes dangerously slippery after it rains. On November 1st, at 1 a.m., my friend slipped on that floor and ended up needing 10 stitches in his head. A simple rubber mat or some kind of traction would make a huge difference in preventing accidents. I hope this concern is addressed to improve safety for future guests.

The villa is wonderful, the service is great. They even provide personal butler for you, Bli Andy has given us wonder service and he has a friendly and warm personality. He even cook with my son for a morning cooking lesson while preparing for our breakfast

Great experience! Early booking for 6 days! The first time I came, the villa was very well maintained, nice, the same as what is in the photo. Because it was too comfortable, finally decided to extend it for the next 8 days. The house keeping team is all good, friendly, fun, polite and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. Thank you, Mbok Ani, Mbok Here, Ayu, Bli Andy and friends. The technicians are also all very fast response. Stay blessed, you all . Thank you Bali Asri. Highly recommended to stay here, and will definitely come back here again. .

Room sizes are spacious among comparable villas, a large private pool too and a very OK breakfast service. The location is very close to the beach, just walking distance, bravo Villa Bali Asri Batubelig 👍🏼.

An unforgettable stay, the first time you came you were greeted with friendliness, the goods were brought by the staff, our room was upgraded from delux to royal, the service was very friendly, breakfast was made directly in the villa kitchen, the food was delicious, all staff were friendly to small children , can feed fish in the bathroom there is a fish pond, there are no mosquitoes in the villa because every afternoon there are always staff who come with mosquito repellent, fruit and welcome drinks are provided, towels are also provided for swimming, there are speakers can also listen to music, the villa is close with a center for souvenirs of krisna, beaches around kuta, seminyak, batubelig, batu bolog, close to everywhere, the place is very beautiful. Thank you, beautiful Bali villa, my child feels very comfortable swimming there🙏 the service is champion, hopefully my family and I can go there again 😍🥰. My advice is the lights to the villa rooms are even brighter. The rest is very good, keep it up

No expectation what so ever when I book this place but man the hospitality is up there, 5 stars thank you for the warm welcome when we stayed there, place is clean and up to date not like others old villa and very well kept up. Will definitely come back as the location is prime

I love the villa, been stayed there twice. And recommend it as one of the most comfortable and relax villa in Bali. You can walk to the Batubelig Beach for sunset or sunrise. Great area to go to seminyak area, without the whole traffic.

The villa is great, clean and spacious. Really love the vibe and I really enjoy staying. I would love to go back and stay here! The staff was really kind and helpful, they gave me a free upgrade to a bigger villa.. Thank you Villa bali asri batubelig! Memorable stay here! Keep it up!
