We had a great stay at this villa. It is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for spending quality time with family. The private swimming pool was clean and well maintained, with separate areas suitable for both adults and children. One of the highlights was the beautiful and peaceful beach right in front of the villa. It was perfect for a relaxing stroll or a brisk walk while enjoying the sea breeze and stunning views. The villa is located close to the security guard post, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. Basic cooking utensils and kitchen essentials were provided, and having a microwave was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi is available for an additional RM30. One tip for future guests: It’s best to buy your groceries and food before checking in, as the villa is located quite far inside and there aren’t many nearby shops or restaurants. The only area for improvement would be pest control, as we saw 2–3 cockroaches during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing family getaway.

Overall, it is a nice stay as the villa is spacious, the kitchen has all the basic necessities, the view is amazing, and there is a huge bathroom for the master bedroom. The kids loved the pool! Nonetheless, I hope the check-in hour can be a little flexible/on time as it is self check-in for the villa. Also, take note of stray dogs roaming around at night and barking when we wanted to stroll the beach.

Terrible short trip ever. No maintenance resort. Swimming pool water is green. Room design very old and unclean.

At first its bit hard to find where is the reception (myb at least put a signage) After checked in i realised that the toilet is liking and flooding bit on the floor. I still stay positive and don’t want to ruin the moods, we just use floor mats to cover it. Then i use the sink and the water is not draining. We didn’t use the sink and the toilet that night instead we use the toilet outside. Still positive! And then it rained! And started to liking at the hallway. We use the floor mat to cover it. Again still positive 😑😑 In the morning i wake up and the toilet almost all flooded. I use the outside toilet and THAT too started to flooding!!!! And the sink also not draining!! Same like in the master bedroom😤 OMG thats it really ruined my mood!! I complained! They let us check out late at 2pm and ask their maintenance to fix the issue JUSTTTTT to start having the same problem again after 1 hour!! And what’s worse? the kitchen it’s started to liking alsoooooo LOL!! What a mess!! And thats it i packed up and check out!! As there is nothing else to do there other than the pool. The line was sucks! I can’t even open my wasap. My experience here is terrible! This place actually have so much potential but its really worn out. P/s i have reported the problem again before check out and there no reply whatsoever from them until today. They even said will give a 20% discount for the next stay but never give me any code lol

Everything are ok except for the clogged kitchen n toilet sink

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was large and comfortable. The food was okay. It would be better if they improve on food variations. Overall, everything is great. Will repeat again.

The room is quite old but still consider OK and quite clean.

-There 's a beer (garbage) in the fridge.-The living room was not clean. We sweep the living room ourselves.- One apartment was not ready to check in by 3pm. We checked in at 5pm.- Air conditioner in one of the living room was not cold.- Can't find the counter for check in for first time customer.

Isolated area. Furnitures are old. Very dark at night, far from city. Inconvenient. No room cleaning.

The first night I checked in around 11.30pm directly have no electricity and the second night have no electricity again around 5.30am and every electricity cut lasted for 3-4 hours, we can't sleep or even brush up. The good thing about the place is really on the beach side and Haikal is friendly. That 's why I give 2 star only.

Very long Q just to get pass the guard. Very expensive deposit, almost the same as the room price. Unnecessary rules (I. E. Need to wash and keep the dish clean), What is the function of your housekeepers. Swimming pool only 20 minutes.

We’ve extended our stay to one more day but unfortunately there was some internal miscommunications over the management’s side causing us 3 times disruption during our stay. What’s worse was when 1 of it was from one of the housekeepers who suddenly just entered our room using their own key. We explained to her regardless and thought that there’ll be no more problems until there’s another knock on our door around 10.30pm at night asking about our check out to which made us a bit furious and kind of worried to sleep back in case if there’s another knock soon. Other than that, there’s some water disruptions during our stay.

I'm satisfied to stay here for 1 night but I recommend you to put a big plastic bag in dustbin Because there's no plastic bag in dustbin
