So I came here at the last minute due to a problem with another hotel. B&B was a life saver, with clean rooms and efficient staff. I would stay here again any day of the week

It was a well run place with nice staff. The only 2 negative points are, poor internet on my equipment and if you're coming by bicycle, they have nowhere to store your bike.

Excellent value property within walking distance of 15 restaurants, cinema and a Lidl.

Great stay for overnight, especially with large vehicles. Small clean rooms and friendly staff.

Check in was difficult because they didn’t send me a room code but a guy staying there helped me get in touch with some one who gave me the info. The code did not work on the parking gate but someone else arrived and their code worked.

Simple and small but clean, only ten minutes from downtown, and overall great for the price.

Hotels.com let me down big style when booking this hotel, I received a email from the hotel on the morning I was supposed to be staying the night stating that Hotels.com had not paid them (I had to pay immediately on book the hotel) I contacted Hotels.com straight away via direct messaging, the person I communicated with in the end said that she had spoken to the hotel and had paid for the room. I communicated this directly to the hotel responding to their email, only to be told they hadn’t. By this time I was on a motorbike riding through France. On one of my rest stops I had to communicate with Hotels.com again only to be told the issue had been sorted. On arrival at the hotel the guy on reception said I had to pay for the room as Hotels.com hadn’t. I was in communication with Hotels.com for OVER 2hrs stood at reception in my motorbike leathers with my 13 year old Son. In the end I had to pay another €49 to stay the night as Hotels.com could not sort the issue out as the guy on reception only spoke French and the people from Hotels.com only spoke English just like me. Not. Good start to a 12 night holiday all booked through Hotels.com 😐

Very overpriced for a tiny room in which you couldn't swing a cat. Air conditioning was noisy and not very efficient. The door number keypad didn't work 50% of the time. Nobody seems to be on call when the front door failed to open, resulting in a queue of 3 people trying to get in, before anyone could manage to get the combination to work. For twice the price of Mr Bed around the corner, it wasn't worth the extra money.

Check in was a bit confusing we had to wait till 17:00 for someone to come and open up but there was a automated check in outside as long as you have a reference number. Our room was a disabled room so on the ground floor. The cleanliness was debatable the floor was grubby but the local area was good for places to eat also VERY close to a shopping centre.

no one in reception. self service check in didn't work. I do not speak french and help line was useless. I am on a bike and have no phone so could not contact hotels.com. Had to take another hotel next door. tried to contact hotels.com on internet from other hotel. very unhappy.l

Apart from our taxi driver getting a bit confused and dropping us at the wrong hotel, once we got our bearings, everything went alright. There doesn't appear to be any nearby public transport though and we did have to use taxis to travel into Metz.

overnight one night en route to Campagne. Very pleasant stay with restaurants nearby walking distance.

Stayed on outward and return journey to/from Lake Garda. First stay thought the hotel was OK, second stay-well let's just say we won't be going back, even if it was free.

Das B&B Hotel Metz Jouy-aux-Arches liegt ein wenig außerhalb, mit dem Mietwagen aber kein Problem, Parken umsonst. Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung, normal groß. der Servicemitarbeiter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist einfach ,aber auch in Ordnung

Ett billigt och enkelt hotell som passar bra för genomresa. Jag blev förvånad över hur stort rummet inkl badrummet var. Det fick en positiv effekt. Mannen i receptionen välkomnade mig och informerade noggrant om alla detaljer. Kan rekommendera detta hotell med tanke på ovanstående text.

Indtjeningen fungerede ikke. Receptionen kunne ikke besvare spørgsmål. Det trak meget ned.

goede gelegen op doorweg Frankrijk en België. Kamers voldoende ruim. Rolstoel toegankelijk op gelijkvloers. Zeer goed bed. Airco en verwarming aanwezig. Drankautomaten in hall. Ontbijt simpel maar OK voor ons. - geen water Tegels douche onderste rij vuil en zwarte voegen. Interressante prijs
