Breakfast was not good. I was obligated to pay for 12 year old as an adult and had to order my kids breakfast à la carte if I wanted food for them. And when I went with my 12 year old for the breakfast we had to pay for with stay they had no option but coffee for drink. I asked if my daughter could drink something else other than coffee and they said no, that I had to pay for it. My child does not drink coffee and yet I have to pay for her breakfast when really it doesn’t cater to her likes as a CHILD. They had had fruit and other things out but that was for additional charge. The room was dated, stains in sheets, window is a BIG DANGER if you have little ones, they open WIDE OPEN, huge windows WIDE OPEN, any kid can just climb right out. Smells like mold. Lobby Elevators stopped working and only parking elevator which was small worked. We were on a higher floor so we had to be waiting for elevator for a long time if we wanted to go up or down. Parking spots in lower level garage had really small spaces, not ideal for SUVs, it was really tight for my midsize SUV so we just risked parking on the street. Pool area, not well
Maintained, don’t go barefoot, pool is cold, tiny pool looks like jacuzzi but it’s also cold. Things all over the hotel were dated, broken or falling apart. This hotel STILL has popcorn ceilings!!! Oh and they don’t provide ice for you. Will never stay here again. Only good thing is the location.
