Room was huge and so was as bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast was ok.

Great hotel strip to stay near shopping area and convention hall. Would recommend staying here for trips in the future. Worth the money!!

Clean

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn location. The staff was excellent. Sam at the front desk went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good, the pool was clean and the room was in an excellent state. I will 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit San Diego and wants to find a stay in this area.

The heated pool was a nice surprise. The breakfast was great with plenty of health conscious options. Only negative is the $24 fee for parking.

Everyone was professional and considerate. The breakfast each morning was great. The amenities for what you pay are better than most. Definitely recommend!

I liked the cleanliness and service. Breakfast was great!

I had to call house maintenance twice within the first hour of checking in, the shower did not have curtains and the shower faucet was spewing out water when I tried to take a bath. The shower curtain was fixed but the faucet did not. We had to get extra towels because water was spraying everywhere. There would of been a third call since the bathroom mirror decided to stop working but we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Then in the middle of the night, I went to the bathroom and turned on the light and right by the light switch was a daddy long leg spider. 2 am, barely awake.. a spider was not something you'd want to see. Besides that, the room, the AC, and bed was fine. You'd miss the hotel entrance if you blinked. The parking lot is not meant for big suvs to park side by side. It got is thru a few days of stay this time.

Holiday inn express never disappoint. Clean, friendly staff, safe, good breakfast, great location. I love staying here.

All the amenities were great, front desk AK was courteous, friendly, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and took care of an issue we had in our room. He did an amazing job!

Enjoyed stay!

The hotel has a lovely lobby/great room area that's indoor and outdoor adjacent to the pool. Their coffee is fresh brewed all day, which was an excellent break at the start of the day or for the afternoon slump after touring San Diego. The room was nicely outfitted, good comfortable bed. I do wish hotels used down pillows less, they turn so flat. The bathroom was perfect, a standing shower with glass doors and brightly lit mirror for makeup application. Everyone from cleaning to desk staff was helpful and kind.
