I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. My husband and I planned to stay for 1 night because of work so we booked a day and night room. We were far away so we arrived at 4pm and then went out to eat and play at the beach. We went up to the room to rest at 6pm, but when we turned on the air conditioner, the room smelled like a car, the bathroom was dirty, and the towels were not neatly folded. Especially the toilet was clogged, so at 6:30pm we checked out and couldn't stay, we had to leave immediately. The hotel was terrible. The hotel said they would tell Traveloka to refund the room but there was nothing. The service was terrible. Disgusting.

Cheap, spacious, airy hotel

The hotel is clean, amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, etc. are complete and of good quality, the staff are enthusiastic and friendly, the price is reasonable, suitable for people on a budget.

I've been here twice, everything is okay, cheap, close to the center.

The location near the center is quite ok. The receptionist is cute. The room is just a bit old, but it's okay.

The staff is quite friendly, I went not on a holiday so it was fine, but the house was clogged :v

I booked through the app but when I arrived at the hotel there was no information, so I had to transfer it to another nearby hotel. Because I lived elsewhere, I didn't have any experience in Minh Cat. The room amenities rating is a bit low because I checked in right when a couple just left. Staff had to quickly change the bed sheets and remove the cigarette smell from the room.
