The ability to stay only for the number of days desired on a holiday weekend is what led me to this hotel. Everything was great and suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

nice but expensive

Great location, great staff. No parking unless you valet...$25. ugh

Liked the location, walking distance from Downtown. Staff at check-in were helpful when we needed assistance and at check in. Thought cost for valet parking was high. Did not like the quality of products in bathroom (the tissues and toilet paper), did not get enough towels (had to ask for more), bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked. We were surprised and expected more from a Hilton hotel.

I would stay here again.

The hotel was nice. Unfornunately, there was road construction out front. It took me quite some time to actually get there. I stopped a very nice couple on the street who helped me by explaining I needed to pull into the TD Bank parking lot. Everyone working there were helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to the valets, they were extremely nice. I had forgotten my charger for my phone in the car. One of the guys walked me to my car so I could retrieve it.

Unfortunately, there was so much street construction going on with numerous streets being blocked off. It was difficult to find a way to the front entrance! Just bad luck with the timing we guess. I just wish we could of received some kind of a notice about the conditions around the hotel.

The hotel is very updated

The bed was awesome, the location great and convenient, the hotel bartender Meg was just the best.

Stayed here once before and it’s fine, asked for a lake view room which was more $$, but our view was a building with very very small view of the lake. So if you’re going to stay here, don’t even bother with paying anything more that says “Lake View”

The location is great. If you’re in the left wing it’s a haulllll from the from the lobby. Housekeeping only comes every other day, there’s no safes in any of the rooms, it took 5 unanswered calls to the front desk to find this out. $385 a night was a bit much but in line with the other 2 hotels in the city. I think I’ll try the others next time.

Fine stay. Very expensive.

Clean and tidy room, quiet (which was nice). The staff that checked us in was, at best, marginal. He wasn't friendly, nor helpful.
