We were left outside in the middle of the night due to maintenance issues, despite having a confirmed reservation. The hotel was completely closed upon our arrival, and no prior notice or alternative arrangements were provided. This situation is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable—especially after traveling and arriving late at night. Being left without accommodation under these circumstances shows a serious lack of responsibility and customer care. I expect a full refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing. The food offered catered to the locals with overseas offered no alternatives unless a premium price was paid. The staff were on the whole excellent and tried very hard to assist but the core business of hosting weddings at the hotel seemed to take preference. The pool area was basic with food and drink expensive however my wife was struck on the shoulder by a very heavy pool umbrella caught in a sudden wind gust, no interest was paid to the injury but 3 members of staff battled to restore the umbrella upright and secure it. The in house internet was average if not weak and overall normal reception including for tv was not good. Mudanya is a very nice, vibrant and colourful seaside town and attracts many visitors, I feel this hotel could do considerably better.

الفندق متواضع مرافقه تحتاج إلى صيانة ، أو ربما يحتاج إلى تجديد بالكامل ، المرحاض في الغرفية 505 كان يتهزهز و كأنه سينقلب غلاية الماء في الغرفة بحاجة إلى مراقبة فهي لا تنطفئ تلقائياً و هذا قد يسبب حريق ، كنت أطفئها يدوياً عندما يغلي الماء . رغم كل ذالك فإن موقعه جيد لم أواجه أي صعوبة مع الموظفين في التعامل كانوا دائمي الترحيب .

Stayed at Montana before and it was great. Not anymore. The only thing good is the location and maybe breakfast ( compared to other hotels)

Good Hotel

Location is good. The view in front of the main building over-looking the sea, where I had breakfast is very good. Breakfast was very good too. Room service wasn’t very successful although staff was very willing to help.

Lacks comfort and air conditioners are poorly functioning and need an upgrade .

My experience was comfortable, very nice swimming pool with beautiful vew to the sea and close to the beaches of Mudanya. Excellent for a romantic weekend or a short getaway from Istanbul

Excellent location on the sea shore. However, the extension building is separated by a street and does not view the sea. The overall condition is good. On arrival, there was a confusion about our booking and one of the two rooms we booked was not ready. We waited for half an hour to add (cram) another bed to make a triple room. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the open breakfast buffet.

Odamız çok temizdi, klima çok güzel çalışıyordu. Tek sorun böyle güzel bir otelin yemek bölümünün çok amatörce olmasıydı. O kadar güzel deniz manzaralı yere 5 yıldızlı restorant yapmak yerine nargile-okey yeri yapmışsınız. Yemekleri rezaletti. Bu kadar güzel konaklamaya bu restoran yakışmamış.
