The shower was quite dirty. Breakfast and dinner were not worth the money. It is in a good location, the room was also quite big. A budget friendly option for an expensive destination.

Decent hotel , around 800m from the city centre. Basic, Good budget hotel for a short stay.

Not as expected

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly from when we first dropped our bags off to when we left. our flight got cancelled out of rovaniemi and the staff were accommodating and let us store our luggage in the room and stay on the lobby whilst we waited. Would recommend to anyone coming to rovaniemi!

We stayed for 2 nights and it was suitable. The biggest fault was the unpleasant scent of the bathroom; we had to keep the door closed at all times. However, no complaints for the price point compared to other nearby accommodation. Wouldn't stay again.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Fabulous location. I know that a lot of people stay in the Christmas village, but there isn’t a lot to do for adults. This place is central to everything that we wanted to do.

The staff were helpful and the hotel is close to the airport and a shopping mall. The main reasons why I didn’t give the hotel more stars are: There is no lift so if you are travelling with heavy luggage you might want to look elsewhere. The room is pretty old and the bathroom is small. There is not much space between the shower curtain and the shower so it was uncomfortable. The housekeeping didn’t check the shower gel. It was empty on our visit. The toilet paper was in a holder on the wall opposite the toilet seat so only someone with very long arms can reach it. I would not recommend the hotel. Apologies to the staff.
