We have stayed here many times and the hotel is our favourite place to overnight in Burgos. Clean rooms friendly staff great bar and really nice food either from the bar menu or the restaurant.

Staff was great

This hotel is a 5 star to me. Lobby is nice and big with plenty of comfortable furniture. Front desk st as of was friendly and professional. The room was good size and beds confortable, the bath room was very clean and all fixtures worked as it should. Best of all the room had an extra large tv (55+ lnches)

The place to stay in Burgos ! Spotless rooms, friendly staff and great food . We always have a bar meal in the cafeteria in the evening with a couple of beers , the food is delicious and well presented, the bar staff are super friendly and efficient. Breakfast is really nice with a great selection onto suit everyone.

The room was spotless, the staff was really nice and accommodating, the breakfast is great.

Staff on check in were very professional and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. It’s great to have a choice of dining in the restaurant or cafeteria onsite. Free parking also right outside the reception area. This is my 4th stay and still just as good. We will definitely be back again.

Good clean

Spacious room and clean. Ideal stopover on way to Santander ferry. The continental breakfast was good. Used the bar/cafeteria for quick meal. Good for the price, no frills approach but friendly and adequate.
